For the holding Theater Olympics 2019 in Toga, special tours have been planned! Here is the special tour part.1 visiting to the Gokayama Gassho-style Village, called a living World Heritage Site. Stroll through the Suganuma Village, one of the gassho-style villages in Gokayama, with the local guide and learn about its living life and culture taken over from ancient time. Furthermore, enjoy the performance of "Kokiriko", the oldest song & dance of Japan at the "Murakami residence" which is one of the biggest gassho-style house in Gokayama and designated as a national important porperty.
●On the day of the tour, the Theater Olympics, an international art performance festival, is held in Toga, Nanto City. See the detailed information of the festival and the schedule of performances HERE. ●Check the access information of the meeting / ending place, “Toga Art Park” HERE. ●This is a combined tour of English and Japanese speaking guides. ●Tour fee includes chartered bus, English speaking guide, entrance fee of the touristic facilities on the itinerary, the performance of Kokiriko.●Please prepare comfortable walking shoes, rain wear or umbrella (in case of raining) for the tour.
