Official reservation requests can be sent through our website's homepage from the "reservation" (ご予約) tab. You will get an email automatically after filling in your email address, but that does not mean you have a reservation. Follow all of the steps on the reservation form and you will get an email called "reservation confirmation email" (予約確定メール), indicating your reservation has been completed.
