We are the Meisou meditation village of Toga, Nanto City. We are surrounded by bountiful nature and have 40,000 mandalas and Buddhist pictures decorating our facility to give it a mysterious feel. Moreover, we have a yoga therapist who has been certified by the Indian Central Government on staff. Yoga therapy is where you work your body while calming your heart and doing relaxing movements that are done in correspondence with your breathing. Doing this will relieve yourself of your physical exhaustion and anxieties. Our yoga takes the traditional practices and knowledge of yoga and selects the most fitting techniques to make an experience that anyone can participate in to improve themselves.
