We are a Japanese soba restaurant that is published in Michelin’s travel guide. One of our best items is our jumbo tempura shrimp that is prepared by hand one by one every morning to ensure a nice and tender taste. Moreover, our raw shellfish is chalk full of meaty flavor. Furthermore, our crunchy tempura is made using canola oil, so it does not have a strong oily taste, making it popular with women as well! Also everything that goes into the process of making our tempura is made 100% in Nanto (Johana and Inami specifically).
