Our Matsumura-shoseido local specialty shokkoukan is a part of a tradition that goes back for 80 years. Using the ancient Chinese fabric shokkoukin as inspiration, we make a moderately sweet yokan with honey dipped and pickled kidney beans in the center. Feel free to come and try it!
