Our store, Epicerie, seems like a place that you would actually find in the French countryside. We serve sub-sandwiches using domestically made flour and natural yeast. Using local red clay and organic fertilizer, we raise our sandwiches’ vegetables without any pesticides, and our pickles and jam are made locally by hand with locally grown ingredients. When people come here to Sakuragaike, they can enjoy the smell of the forest and the feel of the wind on their faces as they spend time here with their families in any of the changing seasons.
