Our store is in Etchu’s Little Kyoto, the temple town Johana that is known for its silk weaving industry. We make snacks that are steeped in local culture and bring people together by allowing they to be their true selves in front of each other. Additionally, to meet each customer’s specific needs we have an array of both Japanese and western snacks, and we do custom orders to meet any specific desires. Using the unique characteristics of each ingredient, we bring out various colors in the snacks’ appearances and a wealth of flavor.
