The place I live is called Toga Village, which is village deep within the mountains. In the spring we have mountain vegetables and in the fall we gather nameko mushrooms, so we are truly blessed by nature. We use the vegetables we gather to make traditional dishes that have been passed down through generations as well as completely new dishes. Feel free to come visit our area and enjoy the vegetables and mushrooms the mountains have blessed us with.
