瞞着川
The name “Damashi-gawa” given to this river by Shikou Munakata who came after hearing about the river’s Kappa (turtle demon) legend. He made a series of artistic engravings called the Damashi-gawa Hangamaki and 13 of these have been made into panels that are posted along the river walkway.
