そばの郷資料館
We are the first soba archive in Japan. We introduce what soda is at the agricultural level and look broadly at the plants used to make soba. To teach people about the world of soba we present it on many levels including an exhibition of the various kinds of soba across the world, the ingredients of soba, the production process, as well as the history and culture of soba making. We also sell an array of soba making tools in our gift shop.
